• Products you add to your collection
• Beauty bags, tags, and organization
• Reviews and ratings you create
• Wishlist items and beauty reminders

Usage Data:

• App feature usage patterns
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Crash reports and diagnostics

We do NOT collect:

• Payment information (handled by Apple)
• Precise location data
• Contacts or photos (unless you choose to add a profile photo)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Lushy service
• Sync your collection across devices
• Send beauty reminders and notifications (if enabled)
• Display relevant product information
• Show personalized statistics about your collection
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent fraud and abuse

For free users, we also use data to display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob.

3. Advertising & Tracking

Free Tier Users: Lushy displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data for personalized advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

Lushy Pro Users: Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. No advertising data is collected.

App Tracking Transparency: We respect Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can control tracking permissions in your device settings or when prompted by the App. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely:

• Account data is stored on secure cloud servers
• Collection data syncs between your devices
• Local data is stored on your device using Core Data
• All data transmission uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS)

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We may share data with:

• Service providers who help operate Lushy (hosting, analytics)
• Advertising partners (for free tier users only)
• Law enforcement when required by law

Social Features: If you make your profile public, other users can see your username, profile photo, and public collection. You can make your account private at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: View all data in your account
• Export your data: Contact us for a data export
• Correct your data: Edit your profile and collection anytime
• Delete your data: Delete your account in Settings
• Opt out of marketing: Manage notification preferences
• Opt out of personalized ads: Use device privacy settings

For EU/EEA users: You have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active.

When you delete your account:

• Profile information is deleted immediately
• Collection data is deleted within 30 days
• Anonymized analytics may be retained
• Backup copies are deleted within 90 days

8. Children's Privacy

Lushy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Users between 13-18 should have parental consent before creating an account.

9. International Users

Lushy is operated from Norway. If you use the App from outside this region, your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries.

By using Lushy, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email.

Continued use of Lushy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
